Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or broken. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.
R&B does not provide refund shipping costs for exchanged items; you are responsible for the charges of return shipping.
All items exchanged must be returned back in original packaging and condition including pouch and box.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as our jewellery must come into contact with chemicals and prolonged wear in water for tarnishing to occur, see our Care Guide for more information on your individual piece
We do not offer exchanges or returns on earrings regardless of if they have been worn or not, due to hygiene reasons.
How To
You must request an exchange/credit note by email within 3 days of accepting delivery of the product, and arrange return of the product within 7 days after notification. Please contact reineandbeau@gmail.com to do so. The credit note will be valid for 12 months from the exchange date.
Repairs
Our warranty is strictly 3 months from receiving date.
If a manufacturing issue has occurred, we will kindly replace your item at no cost.
If the item is within the warranty period, repairs are covered. For out-of-warranty items, we can still repair it, but there may be costs involved. We’ll inform you of any charges before proceeding.
Faulty Items
Wear & tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Jewellery is made from metals that naturally oxidise and change in time and this is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Loss of gemstones, breaking and chipping due to mishandling is also not considered a manufacturing fault.
We do not accept any returns for tarnished metal that has occurred due to wear or that has come into contact with chemicals of any kind, this includes perfume, moisturisers, etc.
