• Cleaning

Gently wipe your jewellery with a jewellery cloth after each use to remove any surface chemicals and restore its shine. Remember to be gentle during polishing. Wipe rather than scrub to avoid damage. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners that aren’t specifically made for gold- plated jewellery.  It's essential to clean your jewellery regularly and avoid exposure to chemicals, as tarnishing is not considered a fault. Our jewellery must come into contact with chemicals for tarnishing to occur, and this issue is not covered by our warranty.

  • What To Avoid

For gold-plated metals, some natural tarnishing over time is to be expected with regular wear. Plated metals can react with chemicals, leading to tarnishing. However, proper cleaning and storage of your jewellery can help minimise this effect.

Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, ocean, or pool and limit contact with perfumes and lotions.

Avoid banging your jewellery against hard surfaces or other jewellery pieces. This will help prevent scratching and chipping especially of stones.

Apply your cosmetics, moisturisers, and hair products before putting on your jewellery, and ensure your hands are clean.

Do not spray perfume directly on or around your jewellery.

Please note that all metals oxidise naturally with time.

  • Storage

We recommend storing your jewellery in the cloth bags provided with your shipment; this will keep it dry, and help minimise the risk of tarnishing.

Size Guide

Most of our rings are adjustable, designed to comfortably fit a range of sizes, so you’re not limited to wearing them on just one finger. For the styles that aren’t adjustable, don’t worry, they’re not made for a specific finger and will typically fit comfortably on another. Flexibility and comfort are always part of the design!
